How We Work
Notify us of your claim by calling us at any time, 24/7.
A Senior Team member will discuss the incident, quickly review your policy and provide some fast-response early advice.
We'll assign a specialist claims manager with experience in your sector or with your incident type and they will complete a fast discovery call. This will include an outline of the commercial aspects of your claim and fill you in on our full service.
Once appointed, we take over all aspects of your claim including appointing contractors for emergency, temporary or permanent remedial works, managing the communication and negotiating claim value with your insurer's loss adjusters. As well as managing all of the admin and costs associated.
Your assigned claims manager will communicate your claim status frequently and we can negotiate and arrange interim payments from your insurer to minimise disruption to your business in the event of an extended claims process.
Once settled, we confirm payment has been made or works completed satisfactorily before completing the claim.
